🎀 GlamSheCo Cancellation Policy 🎀

🕒 24+ Hours Before → No charge.

⚠️ Less than 24 Hours → 50% fee of your service price.

🚫 No-Show → 100% fee + deposit forfeited.


GlamShe & Co. – 24-Hour Hair Adjustment Policy


1. Adjustment Window:
• Clients may request a correction or adjustment within 24 hours of their service.
• Requests must be made via phone, text, or our official salon messaging channels.


2. Types of Adjustments:
• Tight or loosen extensions , braids, sew-ins, or extensions.
• Any areas of discomfort related to the installation process.


3. Scheduling Adjustments:
• Adjustments are subject to stylist availability within the 24-hour window.
• We recommend booking the adjustment as soon as any discomfort is noticed to prevent irritation or hair damage.


4. Client Responsibilities:
• Clients must attend the adjustment appointment; failure to do so voids the 24-hour adjustment guarantee.
• Do not remove or alter the hairstyle at home before your adjustment appointment, as this can prevent proper assessment and correction.


5. Limitations:
• Hair loss, irritation, or other complications that occur after the 24-hour window or due to at-home alterations cannot be guaranteed for correction.
• Certain conditions, such as traction alopecia or scalp sensitivity, require evaluation by a licensed medical professional.


6. Goal:
• This policy exists to ensure all clients leave the salon feeling comfortable, confident, and cared for. We strongly encourage clients to take advantage of this adjustment window for the best results.

📅 Appointments & Payments

1️⃣ Deposit Required – Secure your appointment with a deposit.

2️⃣ Consultation Credit – Half of your consultation fee will be applied toward your booked service.

🚫 Services cannot be switched on the same day. Please book the service you want ahead of time to ensure availability.


🚫 Guests & Children

  • No Extra Guests – Only clients receiving services may enter.

  • Clients must be at least 5 years old to receive any braid style at GlamShe & Co.

  • No Children unless they are receiving a service.

  • Salon Floor Access – Parents & guests are not permitted on the salon floor unless invited by a stylist.


📌Braid Services Policy

  • Hair must be at least 2 inches long to receive any braid style at GlamShe & Co.

  • Hair is not included with braid services unless it is specified as part of a special promotion we are offering.

🚫🥤 Food & Beverages

  • No Food or Drinks – Please keep all food & beverages outside the salon. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, beautiful space! 💖

🚨Important Notices

  • We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service

  • Professional Behavior & Respect – Harassment, bullying, or any disruptive behavior is not tolerated; please be courteous and respect our salon space.

  • No Refunds After Service – If unsatisfied, speak to a manager before your service ends or before leaving.

  • Service Guarantee – We guarantee services for up to 24 hours, at our discretion.

  • No Lounging or Feet on Furniture – Thank you for respecting our space.
