The GlamSheCo Experience

Experience luxury, respect, and elevated care.

Please review the following policies prior to booking your appointment.

By scheduling with GlamSheCo, you agree to the terms below.

🎀 Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• 24+ Hours Notice: No charge

• Less Than 24 Hours: 50% of scheduled service total

• No-Show: 100% of service total + deposit forfeited

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

💳 Appointments & Payments

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Consultation Credit: Half of your consultation fee will be applied toward your booked service.

• Services cannot be changed on the same day. Please book the exact service desired to ensure proper timing and availability.

🔁 24-Hour Hair Adjustment Policy

Your comfort matters.
Clients may request a service adjustment within 24 hours of their appointment.

Eligible adjustments include:

• Tightness or looseness in braids, sew-ins, or extensions

• Areas of discomfort related to installation

Adjustment Guidelines:

• Requests must be made via phone, text, or official salon messaging.

• Adjustments are subject to stylist availability within the 24-hour window.

• Clients must attend the scheduled adjustment appointment.

• Do not remove or alter the style before your adjustment visit.

Please Note:

Hair loss, irritation, or complications occurring after the 24-hour window — or due to at-home alterations — cannot be guaranteed for correction.

Certain scalp or medical conditions (including traction alopecia or scalp sensitivity) require evaluation by a licensed medical professional.

Our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident, comfortable, and cared for.

👑 K-Tip Extension Policy

Consultation Requirement

All K-Tip services require a mandatory consultation prior to booking.

During your consultation, we will:

• Assess overall hair health and density

• Determine the number of grams required

• Perform a precise color match

• Provide your final investment quote

• Approve or decline client-provided hair

Consultation Fee: $30

GlamSheCo specializes in luxury, precision K-Tip installs designed for seamless, undetectable wear. This is a premium service for clients who value longevity, hair health, and flawless execution.

Maintenance

K-Tips require professional maintenance every 8–10 weeks.

• Maintenance appointments must be scheduled in advance

• Delayed maintenance may result in additional fees

• Removal services begin at $200

Proper maintenance protects both your natural hair and your investment.

K-Tip Cancellation Policy

Due to the extended time required for installation:

• No-call / No-show = deposit forfeited

• Cancellation within 72 hours = deposit forfeited

• One reschedule permitted with 7+ days notice

All clients must complete and sign the GlamSheCo K-Tip Extension Client Waiver & Agreement prior to service. Failure to complete documentation will result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

💇🏽‍♀️ Braid Services Policy

• Natural hair must be at least 2 inches long.

• Hair is not included unless stated in a specific promotion.

🚫 Guests & Children

To maintain a calm, luxury environment:

• Only clients receiving services may enter.

• No additional guests permitted.

• No children allowed unless receiving a service.

• Clients must be at least 5 years old for braid services.

• Parents and guests are not permitted on the salon floor unless invited by a stylist.

📌 Child Supervision Policy

Clients are responsible for supervising children during appointments.

If a service is interrupted due to disruptive behavior:

• A $30 interruption fee will apply.

• After two interruptions, the appointment will be canceled and the full service total charged.

No exceptions.

🚫 Food & Beverages

To preserve our luxury environment:

• No outside food or beverages permitted inside the salon.

🚨 Important Notices

• We reserve the right to refuse service.

• Professional behavior and respect are required at all times. Harassment, bullying, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

• No refunds after services are completed. Concerns must be addressed before leaving the salon.

• Service adjustments are offered within 24 hours at management discretion.

• No lounging or placing feet on furniture.
